Crookhorn Lane Surgery

I didn’t see the point of this exercise. Nobody has sounded my heart for 3 years. I felt as if everything was being read from a book. The same as last year. I don’t feel great. I am 87 years old. Put on a lot of weight and get really anxious and stressed and depressed since Covid was told to do more exercise. I said I didn’t want depression tablets when I was told I could get in touch with surgery. That was a joke in itself. I’ve even tried Econsult in the last week and that isn’t available. I know what my diet is but cannot keep to it I find, living on my own.

Outstanding patient care

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I cannot praise too highly the level of kindness and care that I received when attending the surgery to see a GP. There was no sense of being rushed and I felt that I was truly listened to. I left with a clear plan of action and feeling supported and cared for.

Stunning efficiency and support

I needed urgent medication for chest infection following a heavy cold as I am a COPD/asthma sufferer.
The response was immediate with the necessary medication available at my pharmacy within two hours.
Stunning efficiency and support. Medication was totally effective as expected from previous experience.
