I had a truly mind-blowing experience at Paulsgrove Surgery recently. I originally went in just to support my husband for his blood pressure check, but decided to check my own while there. When I saw how high my readings were, I showed them to the doctor.
He was absolutely wonderful—he immediately performed extra examinations, including an ECG, and started me on the necessary medication right away. I am so incredibly grateful for his thoroughness and quick action. While I haven’t asked his permission to name him publicly, I want to express my deepest thanks to him for his exceptional care

I find it's easy to get there and enter the building with there system. The staff are lovely and the doctors work hard at getting things right. I am very pleased with the service.

Excellent service/care by Nurse Denise Ville; during my health check up. She was so lovely and even signed a bit , which made me feel more comfortable/relaxed, as I am Profoundly Deaf and more times than not struggle with communication. So it made the whole experience much easier and less stressful ☺️

Medication review

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I was informed I would not have to order my medication any more but that hasn't happened. I have had a text since saying I will need to order the other 4 items. Oddly enough they are the pain killers that I need for my spinal Stenosis pains in back and legs, arthritis to hands, wrist and knees, also diclofenac cream for same and co codamol 2 monthly and paracetamol. I do not take together, I adjust according to pain, lastly ear spray for discomfort in ears. These items were prescribed and were on permanent medication bases. None of this was, I informed of quite the opposite, this also happened at the review last year, he obviously changes it after my leaving
I have had no problem ordering on a monthly basis
If I am going to order those items not listed I might as well order the other items as well, why he didn't tell me the truth? Appears to be unprofessional. Perhaps an appointment with a doctor would clarify the situation ??
