Very rushed.
Arrived at 16:30pm that’s when my appointment was, didn’t get seen until 17:10pm. When I kept trying to talk, I felt Dr Harpal was trying to get rid of me.

Never had a bad experience

I've never had a bad experience at the practice, the staff are all very helpful and nice. I have a phobia of any kind of medical environment and so just entering the building is quite overwhelming, but the attitude of the staff has made it a lot easier.

Appointment

This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

I found my appointment with Shlomo to be a great benefit to me. It is good to interact with another person who takes a genuine interest in what you are telling him and provides the support required for any queries I have and good advice for moving forward encouraging new goals to be set for the next appointment and I am 100% seeing the results. This is so much better than the Oviva App.

Recent appointment

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

The staff I spoke with and had contact with have been very helpful and easy to deal with. However I remain unsure as to the value of a telephone consultation for a heart review . If I had not, during a repeat blood test asked for my blood pressure and weight to be done, there would have only been blood results and no base line observations available. I do not consider this very good clinical practice, more so with the length of time that had passed since my last review.
