Blood test appointment

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Very few people in the waiting room. I didn’t have to wait long for the nurse to call me.
As well as taking the blood test she also took my blood pressure and gave me advice about it.

B12 injection

This is a review for Heyward Road Surgery & Practice

As I have this every 8 weeks I would prefer to come to Heyward Road Surgery as it is easy for me to get to without arranging transport. My daughter always has difficulty booking an appointment as there are so few available here.

The self sign in system directed me to the correct waiting room where I only had to wait a few minutes before being seen.
The situation was assessed and a referral appointment to QA was set up immediately. My questions were answered and I felt I was given all the time necessary.

Recent appointment

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Phone line gives me anxiety as it’s very stressful trying to get an appointment. The e-consultation is really hard for anyone that has to take kids to school as is closed by the time I get back from school. Although opens 7.30 that is prime getting ready for school time and not able to spend time filling in lots of questions. Once have an appointment nurse would lovely.

Phone consultation

Call from doctor was on time but for some reason our landline does not receive a good signal from certain areas within the practice. This does not occur from most other phones that are used within the practice or when we are calling in. The call from doctor was informative.
