Thank you for your feedback. We are fully committed to running to schedule and, should this not be the case, patients will be advised at the earliest opportunity as to the reasons why and the expected duration of the delay. Reasons for delay may be, but are not limited to:

• Medical emergencies
• Complex routine appointments overrunning
• Delay in staff arriving due to external factors beyond their control
• Administrative error by a patient or staff member

Our self-check-in screens will advise if appointments are running late and by how long, or reception will advise in the patient checks in through that means.

Cosham Park House Surgery

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

The nurse was rude, abrupt and l felt grasping at straws, she diagnosed three things before setting on her final diagnosis. She changed my tablets with no word on what l should do when they run out or whether or not they would be on a repeat prescription, the dose is very high! I left the doctors and within ten minutes l had a text saying she was issuing antibiotics with no reason why. I had no confidence in what she said or done.

I had an appointment for 09.15. I was not seen tell 10.25. and the when I came out to speak to the lady who sat on the left of reception I found her attitude to be very rude and abrupt and not very helpful.

Kingston Crescent Surgery

The reception was very pleasant and tried to help but we have a battle every time we call to get a rescue pack which you can clearly see is on my notes . The only person who I don't have a fight with to get this prescribed is Dr Ozard. This pack keeps me out of hospital and is a requirement from the respiratory team at QA. I have had these for months. Other than this issue I am more than happy with my care at the surgery.
