Its a really nice surgery and the nurse who had taken my blood pressure was so nice and I asked a couple of questions with no hesitation she was very helpful

Poor time management

Today experience
My Appointment on the 24th was 30 minutes late. While thorough, the delay meant I was required to sit in a waiting area among unwell patients. As I am immunocompromised, this poses a clear and avoidable health risk.

Your system is not managing patients expectations, later appointments poor communication system crackling lack of knowledge being able to manage clients with anxiety and panic attacks. Unfortunately a lot of the NHS is like this.

Unfortunately delays do happen within healthcare, which is often unavoidable. I also appreciate you had to sit around unwell people, but this is a GP surgery where unwell people attend. I am unsure as to whether you spoke to reception regarding your concerns, but I am sure that we could have come up with a resolution ie waiting outside in the car for example.

I was seen at the appointed time by a Doctor who discussed my problem with me and arranged an appointment at QA for further investigation.
This was very quick and I was quickly given an appointment at QA.
Seen the specialist at QA And was given an appointment for the Endoscopy Dept.
and have got to go back for another horrible camera down my throat in eight weeks time.
No complaints, as I feel it was a speedy appointment with the QA ----Brilliant and thanks to all concerned. what more could I ask for

Skin tag removal

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I was there having a skin tag removed and stitched up, was talked through everything that they were going to do and was reassured all the way through by the nurse that was also there with the doctor was brilliant, can't fault my experience at all
