For the third time I visited the surgery to be told a totally different reason once I got there for the visit-nice staff but somebody needs to look at the bookings and how and why they are made and they are appropriate.

Set my mind at rest

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I went for a repeat blood test and as I had been very worried since my previous blood test the person that I saw took my blood and then explained to me about my previous one and set my mind at rest so that I didn't need to worry.

I only had a blood test so my appointment was short and sweet... I think trying it see a dr is a waste of time..you can VERY get though and when you do all the appointments have gone... Even if I was really ill I WOULDN'T even try and contact my drs surgery

To be honest I was not impressed as they didn't do what I needed doing. I now have to speak to a Dr regarding this matter which delays everything and just makes me feel worse.

Thank you for your feedback. Face to face appointments are available for all clinicians including doctors, however we triage appointments to ensure that you are appointed with the most appropriate clinician as a duty doctor is available at all times to provide assistance, if required. With regards to texting for immunisations, this is a constant on-going process for all immunisations not only COVID and will continue, as this form of communication has a larger reach than telephoning or sending letters, however you can choose to request for these to be stopped if you would prefer.

B12 injection

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I had my B12 injection with Victoria Wilcox. This lady is so lovely and is fantastic at her job, she is the only person able to get blood from me and I never know when she has put the needle in. She really is excellent and I pray she never leaves. She’s kind always ready to listen and very helpful.
