I had to wait about 10 minutes after my appointment time not that mattered. Unfortunately couldn’t get any blood, so I’ve got to make another appointment.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get appointment 1 phone at 8am told to phone 10am then told to phone 2pm and each time told to try again next day if y ou look at my file you can see I don't see doctors I don't like you but last over 2weeks I have felt like ill and not able to even talk to a doctor well I am going to do it my way that is why you got that GOOD NIGHT I don't care I have nothing to lose

Thank you for your feedback. Firstly I am sorry that you have been unwell for 2 weeks and have been unable to obtain an appointment. Access can be difficult, however please be assured that we continually monitor to ensure we are maximising the limited resources available.

Appointment

I was disappointed with my recent interactions with Cosham Park House, its impossible to get an appointment. I have missed two calls from the surgery due to them ringing in work time, I then ring back to be told they will try to contact me again so it has now taken over two weeks to get a proper follow up from a visit I had to the A and E. I have still not been contacted about this matter. I work and cannot sit on the phone in long queue to then take day off to receive a call from a doctor or nurse.
It feels like there is no care for me and no concern for my health. You can never see the same doctor so care is inconsistent even if you do get to see a doctor.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand that you must be frustrated as it would seem as though we are not following up your visit at A&E. Please be assured that if we have difficulty in contacting you, but we need to to follow-up something important, we will continue to try to contact and sometimes will put an appointment in place and ask you to advise if you cannot attend, we can the try to make a further appointment.

Arrived a few minutes before appointment, receptionist dealing with patient, waited a while and finally asked another person who was just sitting at desk what I should do as am used to going to Kingston Crescent since my old practice joined Portsdown Group and he told me the sign in procedure, didn't wait long once I knew where and what I had to do, quite quick.

Friendliness of nurse doing my blood test.. also reception staff … went into pharmacy attached to doctors, lady technician in there was so helpful answering my questions, and explaining in depth what I need to be doing about a problem I have.
