I was totally overwhelmed with the care and consideration taken by the lovely doctor I see and his prompt action for blood tests and referral…. Shame it was let down by having to wait a week for a blood test.

I think the person I saw was not sure what I had but she may have been right saying its not much to worry about and showed me some pics on the internet to explain, but asked a colleague from that it 'escalated' a bit to blood test and xray but I should wait for a txt before phoning QA so far I have never had a txt and have heard nothing back from blood test, but I still have this 'lump' at base of chest and still none the wiser as to why, its like its been completely forgotten ? Only reason not chased 'strange that I would have to' as caught covid and this has taken a back seat.

With most tests, we will only make further contact should the result require follow-up, however if you were advised that you would receive contact and you haven't, I would recommend that you make contact even if this is just to put your mind at ease that you haven't been forgotten.

Flu vaccination

The team were very accommodating after I was a little late to my appointment, they still fit me in. The man who did my injection was very chatty and gave me good and clear information about side effects etc while making pleasant small talk, I was in and out nice and quickly.

B12 jab

The appointment for my B12 jab was very quick and I was called in before my appointment time, which was great because it meant I could be home much quicker, which was great because I have chronic ME, which makes me poorly when I go out.
