Blood pressure readings

Blood test

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I managed to book a blood test online at a time that was convenient for me.
The nurse whom took my bloods was brilliant. Normally, the nurse is messing about for ages trying to find a vein, trying in my wrists and god knows where. I've even passed out before being prodded about. First time find for this lovely nurse. Thank you.

Lack of any help

Couldn't get appointment. Eventually sent to different surgery. Two weeks later no prescription no results from my swab. Totally useless.

Routine blood test.

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

This was my first surgery visit since October 23rd 2020. The blood test was carried out efficiently by the "nurse" (sorry, don't know her correct title) who commented on my puffy feet and said I should get them checked. On her advice, after she'd finished with me I went to the desk and spoke to a receptionist who I think was called Gilran. She was extremely helpful, explained all the ways I'd be able to make an appointment, but as it was only 9.30am she was unable to do it then, so I explained my problems and difficulties I'd had contacting the surgery and she promised to get me booked in as soon as she was able to. Later that afternoon I got a phone call from Dr. Gadsden and she was able to answer what I needed to know, then prescribed a new medication which we hope will solve some of my problems. Special mention must go to your receptionist, who could not have been more helpful. Thank you.
