Appointment

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I phoned at 1000 hrs on hold for 30 mins, I phoned again at 1400 hrs on hold for 20 mins I gave up.
Visited surgery NO appointments available filled out form on line six days ago still waiting reply.
Visit surgery again asked for practice manager finally got to see a "social prescriber" who was helpful and arranged a home visit to my 94 year old mother.

Lovely and kind

Went for a blood test for my Diabetes, the nurse was really lovely and kind. She never left me with a bruise, which is always good.

Blood test

Very poor, the nurse had 3 goes in different places in my arms before getting a vial. It was also very painful in all attempts.

A very caring service by the staff at all levels, my appointment was at 10,50 hrs collected from waiting room on time by a very helpful nurse and seen by specialist within 5 minuets. HAPPY TO RATE THIS SURGERY AS EXCELLENT.
