Talking with pharmastist and able to speak by phone. However how can you know for sure all OK without taking a peek flow breath test to confirm how Lungs are.

Thank you for your feedback. In most instances you can be assessed over the telephone just as well as face to face, if the clinician had any concerns it would be arranged for you to attend to carry out a peak flow.

The doctor was so very helpful

The doctor was so very helpful and went straight in and had a job to walk after a bad fall and she help me, if I could score 10 I would, was so very pleased with my appointment.

Very difficult to find a blood appointment when asked to take a blood test. Web site shows appointments but not what they are for. Gave up trying to find blood test appointment at Crookhorn. Cosham not a convenient site for me.

Thank you for your feedback. The different appointment types should be visible when using the on-line system. We will share this with our IT department to try to get this resolved. It is of course your choice if you do not want to travel to a different location for your appointment.

It seems you cant see a proper doctor you used to see, covid seems to given an excuse to do other things, dont know what very disappointed with that. Also the lady I saw I did not like her manner during talking she just said that plural plaques wont get any better, I came away as usual not much faith in docs here, she has no way of putting things , eg lung cancer if caught early they say came be cured so why not my plural plaques, another thing I said when asked that nobody had enquired as to my health after the inhaler I was given, her reply was we have 80000 patients, all in all your leaving visits to the surgery to complete
strangers, who dont know you or dont know how to talk to people is bad.
Not one main doctor came to my wife at her end, I dont think very highly of you at all.

Blood test done at Paulsgrove Surgery

This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

Didn't have to wait long for them to call me in and was very patient with me as I walk very slowly with a walking stroller. They took my blood on their first attempt, as it is always difficult to get a vein to get my blood, normally they have to try several times, which I don't mind, as I would rather them keep trying to save having to make another appointment. Very pleased with the outcome of the appointment.

Recent appointment

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

The service from people (GP, reception etc) was excellent. However having to wait 40minutes to be seen, when the computer when I arrived said a 5minute wait was not so good. During the wait I witnessed some unusual and difficult behaviours of others waiting in the reception area.

Smear appointment

The nurse was lovely, made you feel as ease.
Normally find it hard to get an appointment but managed to get booked straight in. No waiting time. Was half term so had my children with me, so getting in and out with no waiting around was wonderful.

Very pleased with the service

I came for a cervical screening. I have been dodging this procedure for quite a long time because I felt anxious, uncomfortable and embarrassed doing it. However, I had a surgery done couple of months ago with regards to my ovary so I thought I better give the screening a go just to be on the safe side. I booked an appointment and it was easy peasy! I heard a lot of people saying that it's hard to get a booking appointment but this surgery proved that wrong. I went to do the my cervical screening and extremely nervous. The lady that assisted me and performed the procedure was very kind and professional. She made me feel at ease and updated my home address too! I am very pleased with the services I was given and I'm glad this is where I got registered for treatments. Thank you everyone!
