Only had to wait a few minutes before I was seen.
Listened to and treated by a very kind practitioner.

Podiatrist is great and some doctors dont care.

It was so lovely to see a female doctor for my health concern. She was patient, kind and not only gave me a thorough examination, was able to offer the reassurance I clearly needed. Thank you so much .

Receptionists are rude, unhelpful and everything is an effort.
Podiatrist Louis is lovely, he's very professional.

I wood like to say that the nurse i saw was very professional. I was pleased with the treatment I received.

Around june last year, tried to make a appt, couldn't get through by phone for a couple days, was in a lot of pain, hardly walk, so I e-mailed surgery saying I can't get online as well, I was hoping I would get a password, to book online, got a reply and was told I can only make appt online, in the e-mail I said I couldn't do it online, waste of time that was.
So I contacted spires to get a blood test, as I was concerned for my health, which costs me £340, they found out what was wrong they said they sent the results to portsdown surgery, got no reply or feedback from the surgery until now ( the last couple of weeks ), after the respiratory physiology dept in the Q.A got involved in the last few weeks. In august last year had a text from surgery to make a appt for routine diabetes check up, got through, asked if I could have it done at kingston cress, as the doctor ( spires ) recommended the nurses there and the person at the end of the phone, said no you are at cosham, so I said ok, cosham will do, so she comes back to me and said there is a space at somers town, she said I had to go to cosham, then I could hear someone laughing in the background, I thought is she laughing at me, so I went to somers town.
Then this month feb 3rd, I had a miss call from the surgery, so I waited all that day and friday to see if the surgery rang back, no one rang back, so the following monday, I e-mailed surgery to say about phone call, asking did someone need to speak to me, didn't even get a reply back for that.

As usual pleasant and helpful staff.

Quick, friendly, welcoming.

I needed a course of antibiotics as I'm asthmatic and had a chest infection. Had a call back within a very reasonable timescale. Spoke a clinician, gave the details and prescription sent to my local pharmacy for collection with the hour.

Had a blood test on 16th February and I saw Karen Adams and as usual she was professional and friendly.

The paramedic was extremely polite and professional. I cannot understand why you never see a doctor these days! A telephone conversation is not the same as seeing one to one. I came into Cosham for bloods at 8.05 in the morning and the car park was full; l was told it’s staff! perhaps you could suggest car share or bike. So patients can get parked and get to their appointment on time.

Checked in at computer terminal which was straightforward and easy to use, was advised there was a nine minute wait. The nurse appeared on time and procedure carried out as required. The nurse was very pleasant and friendly and put me at ease. Advised me of possible side effects of which I have had none.

I managed to get an appointment with no fuss and the GP was informative and honest.

The healthcare assistant was absolutely lovely. Very reassuring and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t feel rushed which quite often happens at these appointments.
