It is impossible to book an appointment. So I have resorted to econsult, which has worked very well for me, especially when I waste an hour on the phone to be told call back tomorrow.

I was sent a letter telling me my appointment was at 11am on the 15th of February at Kingston Crescent, but when I showed up, they told me it was at 11:10am at Crookhorn. This wasn’t too much of an issue as I drive, so I managed to get to the appointment in time. The main issue is that I live round the corner from Crookhorn, and the appointment was for my baby, so I had to get my baby sorted and then drive into Northend, just to take her out the car and be told to drive back home again.

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I've had terrible back pain for the last 2 weeks. I had to ring 111 last night because I was in so much pain. The operator told me to ring Cosham Park surgery in the morning. I've phoned the surgery because I'm still in so much pain and said because this is an ongoing issue I'm not allowed to ring the urgent appointment line, I have to ring the routine line.... are you joking? What a wait to be seen in a few days if not weeks? Are you actually being serious? Absolutely Disgusting.
