The nurse after trying numerous times could not extract a blood sample from me. I now have to go to St Mary's hospital for them to do it.

Could not attend a 9am appointment at the 11th hour, but there is no mechanism to advise the surgery to notify. Only the urgent appointment line is active at that time, but it was busy and kept telling me to call back, then ending the calls.
