Little bit frustrating as had an appointment booked for 13:05 but had to wait until 13:35 to be seen. Had taken time off work for the appointment and had to explain to my boss the reason for my late return.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your appointment ran late, usually the only reason that this happens is due to clinical need, however you should have been advised either by reception, or when you used the self-check-in that there was a delay.

Getting Blood tests were fine.
Filling in the econsult form wasn't so easy. Have to do it at 8am so you don't miss out. Not sure the point of form if restricted to when you can access it.

Getting through to speak to the reception team was a challenge. The system kept saying too busy try again! However once through a very speedy triage call back from GP and prescription issued to chemist of my choice

I had a blood test

This blood rest was the second in a week but the nurse had no idea why! I then got a text asking me to make another blood test appointment for a months time! I have to take iron tablets as I'm anaemic. However I still dont know what else is wrong! I have had stomach trouble for over a month now and no amount of anaemia tablets will solve the problem! I really feel as though I need to see a doctor as this cant be right

The nurse I saw was great. Although I didn’t need a weight loss leaflet in my face, I don’t have much confidence as it is. I spent years in a relationship that left me feeling disgusting and spent the last 5 years avoiding another relationship because I hate my body. I’ve lost a lot of weight in the last 5 years and dropped 2 dress sizes. Not the nurses fault at all, she’s doing what has been asked of her. I went in for a blood test because I’ve been really unwell, I didn’t go for advice regarding my weight.
