I have always been able to get an appointment. Currently having blood test, I have been able to book using the app the time I wanted.
Reminded via email of my appointment and kept up to date with my results and any further investigation.
I have always found the staff friendly and helpful.

I have just had a look, unfortunately we do not get results sent to us for blood tests requested by the hospital. On this occasion we have manually gone in and downloaded them for you from the hospital system, they should be visible for you to see soon. I hope this is helpful for you.
