Blood Pressure Check and ECG

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I attended Cosham Park House Practice on 02 Feb for a blood pressure check and ECG. I was greeted by the Medical Assistant right at the prescribed time and her demeanour was very pleasant and courteous. Both the BP check and ECG were undertaken in a thoroughly professional manner and I was advised of the results expeditiously.
Overall I can confirm that was very satisfied with my experience. Thank You.

Quick and Thorough

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Was seen promptly, had a mole looked at but Dr found time to look at several others. Very happy with the professionalism in this surgery.
Only criticism, the one way system implemented during Covid has now been dropped but lost my bearings and asked receptionist the way out in the corridor, would have preferred that she pointed me towards the exit rather than curtly reply "same way as you came in".

Good outcome

This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

Did an e consult and was initially booked to see Nurse at Kingston. Nurse had to go home sick and was given an appointment with Dr at Paulsgrove which was much closer for me. Dr diagnosed my problem, gave it a name and referred me to consultant for associated issue. Really don’t think I would have had the same outcome from the Nurse at Kingston.

Was just signed up at this surgery, required a follow up from hospital, and a doctor phoned me to arrange this. Next day appointment available, and received a thorough, efficient service. I met several friendly staff, in different departments, and was very pleased with how I was treated.
