Great nurse

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

The staff were very helpful and the nurse I saw (I can't remember her name, sorry!) was great. I was having a cervical smear done so naturally I was a little nervous, but she really put me at ease and explained everything that she was doing.

Great service and the receptionist was really helpful, arrived at 2.00 at doctors and by 2.10 had a call at home with doctor, antibiotics steroids and inhaler prescribed over the phone, what more can you ask for in these times, well done DR Mannings and all the staff at Crookhorn.

ECG plus BP check

This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

I attended for my husband to undergo the above checks, the nurse was on time, very efficient, she explained the process clearly to us, she consulted a doctor with the results, we then spoke to him to discuss treatment, he was patient and clear, my husband suffers from Alzheimer’s so clear calm information is very important.

Can’t fault the practice - greeted warmly and seen by the nurse who was very good. What let’s the practice down is the e consult and difficulty in booking appointments/ getting through on the telephone.

I found the pharmacist very pleasant, thorough and helpful.
Unfortunately I find contacting the practice extremely difficult in all other areas. Can't get through to book general appointments or getting prescriptions filled out correctly. Would not recommend your surgery to anyone else.
