This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

The surgery is clean and tidy, feels like a safe space. It's a calm doctors surgery, I've been seen a few times at this practice, it is an hour or so walk to get there from where I live, but I always feel good when I leave.
The staff are lovely, always friendly, smiling and happy to help. Everyone is funny, and loves a laugh!
The doctors and nurses are fabulous, i absolutely love seeing them, they're always so kind and happy to help. They're reassuring, happy to listen to you.
I always get asked how I am, and how being a new mum is going, which is really lovely and they're all so genuine.

Mole under my armpit

I was pleased that an appointment for a meeting with a Doctor was given fairly quickly, and a letter from St. Mary's hospital was given in a few days. I go to the hospital tomorrow morning for someone to look at it.

The actual appointment from arriving at surgery was perfect, its the process to get an appointment which is the most frustrating part. The process is over complicated, unclear and leaves so many questions as well as increases any anxieties people have.

I went to Crookhorn surgery not Cosham Park House for an appointment about a skin complaint. The Doctor I saw was very good and prescribed medication which has now cleared.

They treat you with respect

Went into have a blood pressure test but had no appointment reception made an appointment there and then for the same day,
All done effortlessly, nurse I saw just seemed happy to help, I must say it’s far far better than Kingston crescent surgery
Fully recommend the hub surgery they treat you with respect.

Blood Tests

My appointment happened on time. Waiting room was well set out with space between chairs.
The Nurse made me feel comfortable with the procedure and provided answers to all my questions.
It was quick in and out but done with care.

E-Consultancy

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I completed my E-Consultancy form on 31/12/2021. It’s now 20/01/2022, and I’m still waiting. I called the surgery last week to chase it up, and apparently it wasn’t quite the full 10 working days. It’s to chase up medication that has been requested by my Mental Health Dr. I’m guessing I’m not a concern.

On going Anxiety and pain

After a phone call to Crookhorn Surgery regarding a routine app a very helpful receptionist was able give me a face to face app at Cosham Park House the same afternoon.
I saw Dr Jalil who was kind and very helpful and gave me his whole attention and arranged for tests which I was able to have done at Crookhorn Surgery.
