Attended heart clinic at Crookhorn Lane and as always everybody was easy to talk to and polite, could not wish for a better service.

When call came through I found it wasnt a doctor but a clinician, I said I had been trying since May last year to get appointment which wasnt very good. I went on to explain issues I was having and basically she wasnt interested and said its renal problem to deal with passing the buck rather than deal with things I brought to her attention, to be honest I am quite disgusted with how this group of surgeries is now operating. When people aren't interested in dealing with patients anymore, if I had call from a doctor which I booked I expect it would have been better but since the appointment booking system people dont want to give out doctors appointments anymore what hope is there for patients here at Gamble Road.

Care received. Although trying to book an appointment by phone is ridiculous as either can't get through or have to wait 15 minutes to talk to someone.

This doctor I saw was amazingly thorough. Helpful she listened to everything that had happened was so pro active. I am now getting treatment, I cant believe how different a surgery can be.. and just to add the receptionist was polite and very helpful wow great surgery.

Waiting Room was empty when I turned up for my appointment. No waiting time.

The nurse was very polite and everything was done in the easiest manner.

Booked a telephone appointment for 9.45am to 10am. Only received a call at 12.10pm with a voicemail being left saying the doctor will try again later but did not. On the online portal it says the appointment went through with no issue and did not describe the above.

I had a telephone consultation after a large number of trying to get through on the phone lines. The doctor booked me in for an appointment only on my arrival to find no appointment was made I was also booked for a hot appointment due to fever even though I had confirmed I wasn't covid positive. To then be asked to wait out in cold for over 30 minutes I live in Southsea was made to travel to Cosham where was I supposed to go for 30 minutes I was not happy especially as I was feeling really unwell I believe as we have so many doctor practices we should be able to get appointment near our homes.

Called 111 when I had covid and after 8 days I became very breathless and very bad cough. 111 referred me to call the doctor to be dealt with within an hour. This involved me making several phone calls to try and get dealt with. The first lady about half 11 in the morning told me to call back the following day as there was little chance of me getting an appointment in the afternoon. I explained I had health conditions and she said if I got worse to call an ambulance, or to go to the walk in center. Suffering from covid was that wise advice? This was what I wanted to avoid as just needed help from a doctor not a hospital. Spoke to 111 again and they told me to call the doctor back and tell them they needed to deal with it, which I did. Spoke to someone about 12.50 and they said to call back at 2pm to try and get a triage appointment. So called back at 2pm and after many attempts for 20 minutes got through. I received a call back that afternoon and was seen the following morning., Feeling so ill and scared as could not breathe I could have done without all the hassle. Generally I have nothing but praise for your surgery and the Paulsgrove practice are great/ But on this occasion I felt very let down with the attitude of the receptionist.

The lady I saw was really nice, spoke to me about my leg and other things too.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Very quick to be seen by a doctor and jab done.

Had no appointment but was treated extremely well. Thank you all very very much. I was in so much pain but it's all in hand now.
