Nurses are fabulous

As a regular with practice nurses they are brilliant, self log in suits me fine, parking is awful though since phone system moved upstairs, good job hardly any patients are able to attend.

My Appointment

This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

I’m sorry to say but my last Doctors appointment at Paulsgrove surgery was not a very good one at all. The receptionist was really lovely, but the Doctor made me feel like a leaper he didn’t want to touch me at all which is quite hard when you have to do blood pressure, temperature and pulse. I know we are all not liking the situation with covid and I did have a mask on but I left feeling quite unhappy about the situation.

The doctor I saw was thorough and at no time did I feel hurried. The lady I spoke to on the phone, (her name was Kate), was absolutely brilliant. She listened, empathised and was genuinely helpful. Her manner should be held up as a good example of best practice.
