Kind and understanding

I had to go to Somerstown Surgery for a check up on my lung infection last minute as this was not my normal surgery I was treated like I was a patient of this practice, kind and understanding.

Covid injection

I only waited in line for 3 minutes and then the Doctor was very welcoming and gave me the injection and then I was on my way.

Excellent, kind and friendly

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I was seen by a nurse who was kind and friendly, listened to my concerns and took the time to make a full diagnosis and explain treatment options even though it was a benign and minor condition. She was understanding and explained how I could fit treatment into my lifestyle and any signs to watch out for.

Appointment with Nurse

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

The staff at Crookhorn Lane Surgery are always very friendly and appear to be positive. There is always plenty of parking at the location too which is great. The nurse who saw me, was very welcoming, she checked with me what I was there for and fully explained the process and when I would next have to come back. I am very happy with the level of customer service and will definitely return to that particular surgery, thank you from me.

My experience with Crookhorn surgery

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Whenever possible, I specifically request to take appointments at Crookhorn Surgery rather than any of the other Portsdown Group practices. It's in a different league to the Portsmouth based surgeries I have attended. It's peaceful, the nurses and reception staff are friendly. I would of looked for an alternative doctors if I had not found Crookhorn.

Flu vaccination

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

This was well thought through and planned. I was in and out very quickly. This was also good for me as it is in walking distance.
But, why can I almost never get a doctor’s appointment at Kingston Rd, but seem to have to go to Cosham nearly all the time. It means I have to get a bus, and then becomes very time consuming, especially as I work from home.
