It would be helpful if the clinicians listen to their patients especially when it comes to what has helped in the past. They carry on with their own plan and no change in health.
Also I haven't received any call back following my blood results.

Also, just to add that you would not hear from us if there was no action needed from the blood test results - we physically do not have the time nor manpower to phone hundreds to thousands of patients each week.

Pneumonia jab appt

The GP I saw for my jab, Dr. Whittamore, was very pleasant, friendly, chatty & gave appropriate information/advice relating to my vaccination. I was treated with respect & left feeling I’d had a positive experience at a surgery which I’d never been to previously.

Very courteous and professional. They accommodated me at short notice after my appointment at Cosham surgery was cancelled because I was 2 minutes late. As a consultant ophthalmologist in the NHS, I know the stresses we work under. Got my checks done professionally. The doctor on duty managed to get one of my medications added to repeat prescriptions. A true example of how successful a health service can be done when administered by true professionals.

I had a lovely experience today when I came for my healthy heart check. Jane was wonderful and put me at ease throughout the blood test and ECG. I will definitely try and book Jane again if I need to see a nurse at Paulsgrove Surgery.
