I did an e consult on the 24 th November, 2 weeks to receive an email telling me to get bloods done, no appointments until the 30-12, no contact since. Call to a receptionist who said your bloods are ok. Now what ?? Oh do another e consult.

A really positive experience

I was welcomed at reception, didn't have any wait to see the nurse. The lovely nurse was so expert at giving me my injection, bearing in mind that I'm needle phobic, a great job. A really positive experience throughout. Thank you.
