I have had a very bad pain in my shoulder and arm, I have tried to get to see a doctor but have not got to see a doctor from the surgery, have had to call 111 on 2 times and had to go to St Mary’s for help. I still have bad pain in my shoulder and arm and I still have not seen my own GP and can not get a face to face, I still need to see a doctor has was recommended by St Mary’s and the physio and out of hours doctor and 111 I keep getting fobbed off and parts from pillow to post.

A lovely caring, hard working practice

I had painful earache and in the current climate was not sure if I would get an appointment to be seen. I did, the doctor was very nice, caring and sorted my medication to be dispensed at the pharmacy. So efficient and so easy. Thank you for all your work and care.

To Check Blood Pressure

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

To have my blood pressure checked as the 'do it yourself' machine was not working properly and was showing high readings. My last 2/3 reviews have been cancelled so my blood pressure has not been checked for a couple of years and I was concerned. The self check machine never seems to be working and have been told it is not accurate anyway!!

The Diabetes nurse was Polite, welcoming, encouraging, engaging, I walked out feeling like I had been in a meeting about me, feeling great, rather than previously feeling like I was rushed in and out... I have an appointment today at 4 please cancel I have had a lot of appointments that have been canceled by you which makes me feel that other patients are more important than me. IAM quite distressed and feel let down I can't keep going threw this as it is making me quite ill with this. I am not prepared to go threw this again.
