Since I have been with Cosham Park Surgery and the Portsdown Group I have had excellent treatment from the receptionists to the doctors and nurses, in my opinion, this very busy surgery has always found time to give me first class service and I am very grateful for the care and attention thank you.

Helpful and efficient

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

The young woman - nurse- who I saw at my appointment was very helpful and efficient. My appointment was on time which was useful as I have to get a taxi to get to this surgery. One thing I was surprised about in the current circumstances was that the chairs in the waiting area were not cleaned down after each use by patients as they are at my dentist's surgery. Also, it is not helpful to patients to have to travel to different surgeries which are not on bus routes when they do not have their own transport and also have walking problems. It means using taxis which have to visit on a number of occasions becomes very expensive. I know at present things are difficult but it is something to be born in mind.
