Efficient but not rushed

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

The digital sign-in is easy. I was seen just before my appointment time. I was collected from the waiting room and taken to the treatment room by the member of staff taking the blood sample. She was friendly and reassuring. Very efficient but not rushed.

Excellent service all round

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

After suffering excruciating knee pain overnight, I rang the surgery first thing in the hope of getting an emergency appointment. After submitting a picture, I was swiftly rung back and given a morning appointment, where I was listened to carefully and sympathetically and had my knee examined. Various tablets were then prescribed and advice was given. The service was thoroughly professional from start to finish and brought huge and most welcome relief. Many thanks!

Very good indeed nurse was lovely and so was the receptionist

I felt the nurse I saw was lovely, put me at rest.
The receptionist was welcoming and helpful.
This is the first time I have been there instead of my usual practice.
I feel our receptionist needs to take a lesson in manners and could learn from the lady I saw today.

Superb service yet again

I arrived at this surgery and checked in on the monitor provided. I was seen before my appointment time by a really friendly nurse. Injection was done and I was on my way. Superb service yet again by this practice. Staff are always so friendly and lovely.
