The nurse practitioner listened carefully to all my symptoms, didn't question or act as if I didn't know what I was talking about, she took all symptoms I told her seriously and has helped me feel a lot better, very grateful.

Somerstown Surgery

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

I was seen by a careful physiotherapist [instead of the GP whom I had expected] who carefully tested and considered the problem [but failed to put his thoughts onto paper]. I have had to take the initiative every time with respect to severe hip pain, but nothing has been done to resolve it.
Other individuals have been extremely helpful but doctors have not.

Cosham Park House Surgery

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

As a disabled person with mobility issues, I was dismayed to find no parking spaces and the one-way system took me to the back of the building. this was a last-minute change of appointment venue by my surgery in Portsmouth by text and I am unfamiliar with the Cosham location, I had to park on the street and walk to the front of the building to gain entrance. This took me at least 15 mins to and from and left me to recover from the pain of this walk for the next 48hrs.
The appointment itself was very quick and efficient as always with professional staff but the layout and parking of this surgery will prevent me from using it in the future.
