Crookhorn Lane Surgery

My B12 was over three weeks late I find with the whole surgery they are letting their patient's down with regular medication appointments and it's as if the doctors are staying out of the way of patients how can you prescribe for something you've not seen and not got an accurate picture of?

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you had a delay in receiving your B12, however I would like to assure you that throughout the pandemic and to date we are seeing patients at our sites. The bulk of assessments can be made without a face to face appointment, however we continue to make changes where possible to maximise the face to face appointments that we offer.

The nurse bruised my arm the worst I've ever had pushing down on the needle inside my arm very uncomfortable it took 5 minutes to get blood out.

I phoned at 8am. My call was answered at 8:15am. I was called back with an appointment at 8:30am. Appointment at 9:30am. I was seen on time and left at 9:40am. Excellent service.

Kingston Crescent Surgery

Called for 3rd blood test because not enough was taken at 2nd one apparently and still have no idea which result(s) were borderline on 1st test. Haven't heard anything since so guessing ok but some feedback would be reassuring or indicate any areas I should watch. Home for 40 mins again waiting to make an appointment so I called into surgery and was offered cancellation later that day. Felt safe in surgery.
