Cant stand the surgery. Receptionists are the rudest I have ever come across. The service is awful. The doctors do NOTHING. I'll be leaving the surgery along with loads of other people.

On arrival I was told by receptionist she didn't know there was a hot room surgery that afternoon. I had to wait outside fire exit as instructed in extremely cold weather until 15 mins after my appointment time.

Email answered outside of the stated time but a podiatrist did contact me. However I missed the call so tried to ring back...... waited for ever, gave up.
Couldn't return the SMS message because function not available. Unable to send an email to contact podiatrist that didn't involve pages of irrelevant information.
