Very pleasant and helpful

Good service once I eventually got through to somebody to book an appointment. The lady I spoke to when my call was answered was very pleasant and helpful. It was just the process of trying to get the appointment booked online that was the nightmare.

Been trying to see a doctor but was given an appointment with the nurse I think I needed to see GP although the nurse was lovely also some of the receptionists need to be a bit more cheerful.

After the appointment, they refused to give me a medical note stating that I can't work for a few days and being paid weekly caused me to miss out on a weeks pay making me miss bills.
