Came for my cervical screening test - was put so much at ease by the nurse who was lovely. She explained everything and kept me calm. Couldn't praise her anymore. The visit was over in 15 minutes and the next steps were explained well.

I attended a blood test and asked if my B12 injection could be done at the same time. The practitioner was happy to do this, saving me and the practice another appointment time. Very helpful and friendly practitioner.
