Better since using anima as before the staff just didn't help. Now help is more prompt,and reassuring. When visiting surgery,it would be helpful if desk staff actually did something,rather than opening their Avon packages,and eating cake!

I’m very happy with the care given at this practice. Using anima has been efficient and I have been seen quickly. All the staff are friendly and helpful, I’m so glad I changed from Vine to this practice. The doctor I saw listened to me, I feel I had a proper discussion about my health care and that my thoughts and opinions counted.

The Dr I saw was such a lovely man he put me at ease and made me feel listened to and checked properly. I can recommend this Dr more he was so professional and did mention my weight once like most of the Dr's who just blame everything on my bmi! I wish there were more Dr's like him
