First visit to Somerstown Surgery

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

The surgery was easy to find, and when I arrived the receptionist was helpful. I used the electronic screen to check-in, and no sooner sat down than whisked away to my appointment. I had left and was on my way home two minutes before my appointment was scheduled to start! Very happy.

Leg dressing

My leg needed checking and redressing by the practice nurse who also took blood samples for the hospital both done very well indeed.

Misleading of whom I was seeing and when can you talk about other issues you may have but you can talk about one or as I was told do an e consultation!!! I hate these consultations on line I find it consuming and I was also told you switch it off as it’s so busy when I said about HRT… How are we meant to know that? Made 2 journeys to the practice I felt that I have waited so long for an appointment to be told your under the hospital and fill in another form on line.
