Hi, I found it a really positive response from the Dr, firstly he was interested in what I had to say, he then gave positive check over and gave me advice that stopped me having to go to A&E, that had happened twice in the same week, with his advice I've had 2 episodes of my heart reaching 149 beats per minute, his advice was it will go down as it did both times over night, exactly the same as it did with 2 visit to A&E the previous week, I'm happy with the outcome, thank you.

This person left a star rating but no comment.

Polite friendly receptionist, Jane saw me on time. She is the best nurse I've had give me my B12, doesn't hurt at all. She actually cares about you as a patient rather than just getting her job done.

When l saw the doctor is was good to have a face to face review, rather than a telephone consultation.

Apart from the long wait, the appointment was smooth, got all what needed to be rectified done.

I WAS VERY UPSET WHEN I WENT TO THE SURGERY AS I AM EXEMPT FROM WEARING FACE COVERINGS DUE TO MY BREATHING DIFFICULTIES BUT WHEN I GOT TO THE DOOR THE MEMBER OF STAFF ASKED ME IF I HAD A FACE MASK I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS EXEMPT SO SHE LET ME GO IN BUT FURTHER INTO THE WAITING ROOM ANOTHER MEMBER OF STAFF TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO WEAR A VISOR AGAIN I EXPLAINED I WAS EXEMPT BUT SHE MADE ME WEAR A VISOR & I WAS FINDING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO BREATHE I STARTED COUGHING & WAS VERY SHORT OF BREATH. AFTER I HAD THE COVID BOOSTER I WAS TOLD TO WAIT IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES BUT THE OTHER PATIENTS STARTED SAYING I WAS SPREADING COVID TO EVERYONE WHICH UPSET ME AS IT WAS DUE TO THE VISOR THAT I WAS COUGHING SO MUCH. I FEEL THAT THE STAFF AT KINGSTON SURGERY SHOULD LISTEN TO WHAT IS BEING SAID I HAVE GONE TO PAULSGROVE SURGERY, COSHAM PARK HOUSE SURGERY AND CROOKHORN SURGERY & I HAVE NEVER HAD TO WEAR ANY FACE COVERINGS AFTER I TELL THE STAFF I AM EXEMPT EVEN AT QA HOSPITAL & ST MARY'S HOSPITAL I DO NOT HAVE TO WEAR FACE COVERINGS SO WHY DID KINGSTON SURGERY FORCE ME TO WEAR A VISOR THAT MADE MY BREATHING WORSE & MADE ME ANXIOUS & VERY NERVOUS ABOUT HAVING THE COVID BOOSTER INJECTION BUT DUE TO MY HEALTH PROBLEMS I MADE MYSELF STAY TO HAVE THE COVID BOOSTER INJECTION. IF I HAVE TO HAVE ANYTHING DONE AT KINGSTON SURGERY I PROBABLY WILL ASK IF THERE IS A DIFFERENT SURGERY I COULD GO TO OR EVEN GO TO A WALK IN CENTRE I WILL NOT GO TO KINGSTON SURGERY EVER AGAIN THEY ARE MEANT TO MAKE YOU BETTER NOT WORSE.

Because I had a problem and needed it sorted and the receptionist helped me to find a surgery in Southsea. Although I didn't find it which I've got to find by next Monday as I have to have an injection on that day. They were very helpful.

First visit, no problems except distance from Waterlooville.

I feel that they are doing all they can to sort me out and get better and get on top of my health problems that I didn't think I had.

Seen promptly.

Came and had my booster jab, very well organized.

Very good practice.
