Had blood test done. Appointment on time and very efficient nurse taken blood. No callback or message to tell me of blood result. Have inconvenience of trying to phone through and chase this up.

After 47 attempts to phone calls I finally got through to reception who arranged for a Doctor to call me which he did shortly after. After a brief discussion he decided to see me and examine my stomach which I was concerned about which appears to have a bulge which I noticed when doing my daily Yoga. He was very thorough and arranged tests. The next day i was given an appointment to have ultrasound examination which discovered I have “ fatty liver” I'm still awaiting further examination/ discussions. I will say that the Dr Kasumov was excellent.

Thanks for the 5 star rating. We are currently still offering an on the day service for 'urgent' and 'routine' medical issues. You can log in online at 7pm daily to look ahead to the next working day too, if that is more convenient.

We are really pleased to hear you had a professional and caring experience. It can be a pro and a con to some patients that you can travel to any one of our sites for an appointment that most suits your timeframe. We are always reviewing our capacity at sites and adjusting; so the clinics that are frequently booked have additional capacity wherever possible.

Getting an actual appointment is almost impossible, phone line is a complete waste of time. Had to visit to arrange a call back. Once I got to see someone she was excellent, covered everything and was very helpful.
