Every time I attend they say they will sort the next appointment out of my working times, but it never happens
You try to book and you can’t
They should be pre booked as they are essential every 8 wks

As 8 weeks is quite far in advance, we are unable to book it in on our system. Our Nurse/HCA clinics are generally put on and available to book around 4-5 weeks ahead, so you still have plenty of time to be able to get the B12 appointment on time.

Extremely helpful receptionists

In all the dealings I’ve had with the various reception staff (whether on the phone or in person) they have without fail been polite and helpful. It seems that nothing is too much trouble, no question too “silly”. I have watched them dealing with other people and been impressed with how they have treated people as individuals with patience, and giving the time or additional help or repetition that some people need.

There was an issue with the surgery running out of the pads for the machine, fortunately a member of staff went to Heyward Rd to get some. Staff did apologise

Kingston Crescent Surgery - Asthma review

Good advice re using inhaler irregularly and useful prescription of nasal spray to help with my poor breathing, sniffing and coughing. Tried the antihisthamines, but experienced poor sleep as well as mild stomach discomfort.
