Very efficient as always

Amy explained what she was going to do. Talked about medication and reassured me of my worries about a lump I have. Was able to assure me that an infection would clear and is manageable. Very efficient as always.

Cheerful, welcoming and helpful

I needed my flu jab. Hand sanitizer and masks were available at the entrance. Sitting had been clearly set out to support safe distancing. Checked in on line and everything seemed to be running close to time booked. The person administering the vaccination was cheerful, welcoming and helpful.

Face to face appointment with Dr Mosely

Consultation:
I was able to address my issues with a studied and sympathetic ear from Dr Mosely. He gave me every opportunity to explain my issues and explored connected areas to what I discussed. I rarely visit GPs and was grateful for the call back and short telephone triage (via. e-consult) to then be offer an immediate appointment to have a face to face consultation at one of the Portsdown Group venues. From being sceptical abo the triage process, I am very pleased to congratulate you on the system you are developing.

Amazing GP

It was very easy to enquire about the flu jab as there was a dedicated option on the phone line and no appointment was required. On arrival I was asked to wait to see the nurse which was less than 5 mins.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience. We brought in a dedicated flu line a few years ago and it does work well as appointments can be made quickly. We also offer patients the chance to follow a link on their phone and book directly online - to make this as easy as possible. We have a slick set up for our vaccination clinics now so it's great to hear you were through in such good time!

Blood test

GP appointment

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I was greeted with courtesy and sat down on the waiting area, which was fairly well ventilated. I had a fairly long to see a dr. fault but she was clearly very busy. Dr. Gault did not try to rush my appointment despite having had an extremely busy day and a I was thinking rested with respect and listened to. My treatment was appropriate and effective. Thank you Dr, Gault.
