Appointment

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

Phoning to get an appointment is an absolute nightmare. Very frustrating. You phone exactly on time and are told "line busy call later", you call back immediately and after listening to the messages and following the instructions are told "your position in queue is 25". 20 minutes later somebody answers and you are informed no appointments left try again tomorrow. The next day you succeed and it's like winning the lottery. A doctor calls back in the afternoon and soon everything is resolved.

Didn't have to wait long for my flu jab only waited a maximum of 5 minutes, the lady who gave me my jab was friendly and easy to talk to and I struggle talking to people I don't know.

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

111 referred me to my docs, made the appointment, as I had rapid heart rate. Amazing response by all concerned in the surgery, (I think Amy in particular), gave me an ECG, then called the ambulance, which also arrived in fair time, when I was taken to Resus and had my heart restarted. Brilliant throughout, thank you.
