You cannot get through on phone, cant book app to see doctor, not enough apps, never see a doctor.
But mostly you cannot make an appointment unless you sit on phone only to be told no more appointments available.

Appointment

Nurse was very good but my appointment got changed location which meant it was 15 minutes extra to drive. Was not clear on text it was changed either, only when I checked the app it was clear.

Covid booster appt

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

The whole process was efficient and clear instructions given. The staff were very approachable and professional and the nurse practitioner who gave my booster was informative but also took time to listen despite obviously having had a long working day. The nurse in the waiting area afterwards was equally attentive to people’s needs and concerns.
The physical spaces were clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Quick and efficient

The nurse who did my smear was really friendly, quick and efficient. I felt comfortable in an embarrassing situation. Didn't feel a thing.

Unexpected

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

This appointment was made for me by the hospital and came as a welcome surprise considering how difficult it usually is to see a doctor at the surgery. I was pleased to be able to talk to a doctor face to face
( mask to mask!) and received good advice and some reassurance.
My ratings below apply only to this occasion and are much better than my overall opinion about this practice.

Recent appointment

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

Appt was for 15.30 got seen 45 minutes late. Not a full waiting room either. The sign in screen was away from the sanitation needed after each use so no one bothered. The receptionist was classically removed also. She would appear from the back room and point to the sign in screen, very poor.
