This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I attended for my flu vax. There was no delay. The nurse was informative, polite and efficient. My only complaint is that she sent an email to my phone which l could not read as I'm not online and it was advising me to do something but only the first few words were shown so l could not see what the advice was. l rang the surgery. The lady who took my call said she would ask the nurse to call me but no one ever called me back!

I went for my routine once a month blood test for Rheumatology. She was running half an hour late. She was very nice and polite.
I’ve since received a text message to say she didn’t take enough blood, so I now need to make another appointment and do it all over again.

I made an appointment on line and found that sufficient. I arrived and put my details into the computer which is very easy. I was called within my appointment time. It was easy and efficient. The nurses were very helpful.

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

Queued for ages as only 1 receptions rushed off her feet. Then asked to use the online check screen which was broken. Had to queue again by this time the appointment time had passed. I couldn't be found on the system but was eventually checked. The appointment itself was however very quick and efficient. The experience scored poorly due to the administrative mess the Portsdown group are famed for across the city.
