Very poor communication skills on the part of the GP.

Medical

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

Very poor communication during the medical. We were there for an hour and it was very uncomfortable ,would not go there again.
Medical should have been done at our own surgery.
However the receptionist was delightful.

I had to rebook a blood test as my last was cancelled due to the nurse which took bloods was ill, I thought I would be contacted with another appointment but I wasn’t, I booked another and the nurse that took my blood was very good.

Flu Jab

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Checked in at the self-service screen and directed to waiting room. Within 2 minutes our appointments were called (Family of 3). Nurse was excellent, very friendly and accommodating towards our slightly dubious daughter but was soon smiling with a bravery certificate! 2 x Adult flu jabs equally as friendly and efficient. Altogether an easy and quick visit so much appreciated!
