I went in for my flu jab, had no waiting time and managed to book my covid booster at the same time. I felt very comfortable in the environment with the covid prevention measures in place.

Excellent

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Self-check in, GP was very clean and seats arranged to social distance. I didn't have to wait long and the health care assistant that attended to me was super. Always had problems with finding a vein to get my blood but this lady was excellent.

I ring 45 times in a week to get appointments but got nowhere but at the end of the week I ring at 1.30 and got appointment and today ring for an appointment but can not get it they said ring back at 10.00 but a friend of mine ring the other day and they said you can ring us at 8 now but when I did today they said ring at 10.00.

My experience

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

The service in the surgery was prompt, friendly and professional but the appointment was a stressful experience as there was no available parking and I had to leave my hearing impaired, disabled 98 year old mother to deal with the appointment on her own whilst I parked a distance away (nightmare one way system) and then ran back. She had finished the appointment and limped out into the car park and it was a while before I found her. Not the fault of the practice or staff, but I would stop me using this surgery again.

I was not waiting very long and as I was attending for a smear which is never fun I was put at ease straight away.
I havent been into a surgery in a very long time so was a little apprehensive- this was not warranted at all.

Appointment

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Not a good group of Doctors surgeries to be long to, they open all surgeries back up for appointments, instead of keep sending people up to A and E, the walk in centre and ringing 111. You cant even get a decent response from the E consult services, its taking over 1 week to get a prescription done, you end up on hold for ages, and have to fight to get a Doctor to speak to you, and that's of you're lucky enough to get past the stupid automated message and the receptionist
