I gave a 5 because after trying for 6 weeks to get an appointment over the phone to no avail I went into the surgery because I have ear infection in both ears and a cough an infection around my BAHA (bone anchored hearing aid ) and when I got a call from doctor same day he eventually gave me antibiotics and Ear Spray and Ear Spray.

This person left a star rating but no comment.

They were very helpful at Paulsgrove Surgery.

Quick service and seen quickly.

No problems, no wait.

It is always difficult to get an appointment so I was amazed it was that day.

I had a spot at the back of shoulder, I ask the nurse about her opinion, I was happy of her opinion.

10 (before appointment)+30 minutes waiting for an injection that take 10 seconds.

Excellent treatment, once you give up on the useless telephone service and have to drive to the surgery to speak to someone and plead for a nurse to look at my infected leg.

At the request of a consultant I made an appointment for a blood test after having received my copy of the letter in the post. The receptionist (or care navigator?) was good enough to make the appointment for me. I fasted as instructed and attended the appointment I was given in good time. Once sat down in front of the nurse I was surprised to be asked whether I had the paperwork for my blood test. I explained the instructions were in a letter from the consultant that was sent to the practice. I was even more surprised (even though this has happened before) to be told that there was no letter on record.
I then had to go home and collect my personal copy of the letter. Take it into the practice so that it could be copied and added to my records. Then book another blood test. To add insult to injury, I then had to wait another two and a half weeks for another appointment after having already waited five weeks from booking the original appointment.
My questions are simple, but the answers are unlikely to be forthcoming:
1. Was was I even offered an appointment in the first place if there was no record of the consultants letter?
2. Why was the letter not on file at the practice when I could clearly see on my copy that one had been sent to the correct address?
3. What is the risk to patient's health in this situation from having a 7 week delay in what should be routine health screening?

I was well treated, not kept waiting very long. It was a shame that the nurse had to use her own equipment as that in the room was all broken and none of it worked.

Always helpful and courteous. I was a bit concerned about my blood test being cancelled twice but I understand why.

I attended the surgery for a routine blood test, it appeared that there had been crossed wires as I have my regular blood tests at the hospital. Hayley the nurse on duty was very apologetic about this so a journey I did not need to make but nevertheless I had a good experience at the time of my visit.

I attended Kingston Crescent Surgery for a flu jab on the 19th October 2021. The online appointment booking process was easy with plenty of slots to choose from. The staff at the Surgery were friendly and professional. The waiting room felt clean, tidy and spacious with covid safety measures appropriately signposted. I arrived on time and waited only a couple of minutes before being called for my appointment. Overall a very positive experience.

The actual appointment was very good. Very pleasant staff. Swift punctual appointment. Easy to book online via text link.
