My husband and I arrived for our flu jabs in plenty of time for the appointments.
Barely booked in and we were called almost immediately.
We were in and out before our appointment time, we asked about covid boosters, and were told we could book them at reception, which we did. Still done before the appointment time!

Recent telephone call

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Phone call was short and to the point. What more could I ask for. I hope that when the results from my PSG Blood Test arrive the telephone call telling me the result will be equally short and to the point. Based upon previous experience a call, or a text message, informing me of the result will not happen. Cant understand why you don't do this, a patients state of mind over this matter should be of concern. Why isnt it?

Kind, friendly and helpful

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

The reception staff were kind, friendly and helpful to me and to others. One poor older woman was upset because she had been denied her prescription at the pharmacy, the receptionist calmed her down, organised for her prescription to be sent to a pharmacy near her and told her what time to collect her medication.

Good appt, insufficient parking

High blood pressure

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Since I drive I didn’t mind driving from Waterlooville to Kingston Crescent for an emergency appointment. The trainee nurse took my BP. It was high and the supervising nurse went and spoke to a doctor and I was prescribed some meds. The whole experience gave me peace of mind and was quickly, efficiently handled.

After using the automatic booking in system we were not sure where to wait and had to ask the receptionist, we waited in the main waiting area and the clinician called us through on time, she was a dream, very efficient, made us feel at ease straight away, very professional. Thank you.
