This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I tried to book a routine appointment in 2/3 weeks in advance but was told I am unable to do that. I work full time and can not have an appointment the same day as I ring to book an appointment. The system is for the elderly or people who don't work. It is impossible for someone who does work to book an appointment.

Thank you for your feedback. We do not provide an appointment that far in advance, this is mainly due to evidence that shows, that often these appointments are not attended, without prior notice. Not all appointments once you are triaged are arranged for the same day, therefore, you should be able to provide some notice to your employer for an appointment.
