After doing a e-consult about my leg I had a face to face with a gp and by the hospital.
The staff was excellent, friendly and concerned about my well-being so am very happy with the outcome of the service I received with the practice.

Sometstown surgery is a small part of a large empire. My own Surgery, Heyward rd appears to be withering in the vine as nothing appears to be done there anymore.

Thank you for your feedback. We do offer patients appointments at all of our sites depending on availability, you can choose to decline an appointment if you want to use a preferred site, although sometimes, this may lead to a wait for an appointment.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Tried on the phone and it took 45 mins then they cut me off. Told them I need to have a face to face appointment but keep telling me there are no appointments.

Flu jab

I attended my regular flu jab app it was quick although after booking myself in via touch pad I just sat in waiting room until realising I should have gone to a different area. Receptionist not really engaging with patients so bit confusing really.

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Did an e consult on the 5th October and got told I’d have a reply on the 6th, actually got an email back as a reply on the 18th October! Nearly 2 weeks later. Wasn’t great feeling so tired and nearly passing out for that amount of time.
