Went in for my flu jab at specified time and was seen promptly by the doctor who welcomed me politely. Booking in was easy on computer screen even for an oldy like me and took a matter of seconds without the need to queue. A hand wash was available close by.

Would have been nice if I could have got an appointment at my local surgery quicker, also parking is pretty poor considering this is a new building, hence I walked there, apart from that experience was stress free, what I would say is could I have not had my Covid 19 booster at the same time?

Thank you for your feedback. We offer appointments at all our sites, should you prefer a specific site you can request, however this may effect how soon you can get an appointment. Parking is not provided as a standard part of our service. We offer COVID boosters to those who are within the current cohort as per guidance.

Efficient clinic. Nurse/HCA vaccinator was quick and competent.
Odd that when booking appointments on line it said I was booking with a doctor. I could even choose male or female. I have no problems with it being a nurse led clinic, it was just confusing and online booking should reflect reality.
The reception staff attitude left much to be desired. I found they were verging on rude and were unwelcoming and snappy. Not smiling. No please or thank you. She only had to ask me my name and she couldn’t do that nicely. I know it’s a thankless job and there must be some difficult customers but please don’t assume we are all the same. There is also little privacy at reception.
