Great service

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

My appointment was quick and on time. It was picked up that I also needed a MMR booster, this was arranged and given by a Doctor within a few minutes. Then Reception were very helpful in making appointments for upcoming tests and my Covid booster. Great service. My only issue was car parking, made worse by current building works.

My appointment was cancelled the morning it was due and you had nobody to take over and no other appointment offered so another 15 minute phone call not very good.

On checking date I had arrived a week early for flu jab appointment. As I had traveled a fair way to surgery I asked the receptionist if there was any chance of squeezing me in for jab.
Fortunately they were able to accommodate my request.
All staff I encountered were very friendly, helpful and professional.

Dr Fiona Gaught was very good. When I called in to have bloods done the receptionist put question through to ask re prescription I enquired about and the dr rang me back which was great. Very pleased.

Double jab-for flu and Covid booster

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

As mentioned previously visited surgery for my annual flu jab, plus the covid booster jab, the practice is very efficient and friendly, and waiting time was kept to a minimum, l appreciate the work the medical and receptionist staff do, during these testing times, and can't thank all those concerned enough.
